Landmark Home Solutions is a province-wide industry leader in the home improvement business and has been in operation since 1987. Our Head Office is located in Stoney Creek, however we are provincially wide.

We are currently on the hunt for an experienced, hard working, reliable Call Centre Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of on-site Calling/Booking Agents.

**Responsibilities**
- Overseeing on-site Call Centre staff
- Overseeing in field sales representatives day to day schedules
- Planning and execution of daily lead generation
- Ability to meet daily/weekly sales quotas
- Contributing to the hiring process including interviews and onboarding
- Providing training to new hires
- Continue with on going support and additional training of current employees as necessary
- Providing positive leadership and motivation, creating a supportive, trustworthy atmosphere

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Previous Call Centre experience
- Must be computer oriented
- Previous experience in logistics is an asset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize, plan and multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
