Reporting to the Director of Business Systems, the Systems Implementation Specialist will be responsible for implementing our custom Customer Relationship Management and Electronic Medical Records solution at customer sites by meeting with customers and performing gap analysis. Ultimately supporting users, writing system specifications, and working with developers.

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You implement, train and support partners in Canada and the United States.
- You translate user requirements into detailed functional specifications.
- You work with developers to ensure requirements have been understood and are being developed and with end users to help implement the system based on final analysis.
- You develop and maintain complete system documentation.
- You maintain system configurations.
- You travel to the United States 50% of the time and can hold a TN USMCA Professionals Visa.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You have a bachelor or college degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 7 years of experience performing system implementations.
- You have an aptitude for business analysis and the design, development, deployment, and support of information systems.
- You have excellent organization skills and the ability to implement and manage multiple projects on a timely basis.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are an outstanding team player who can interact effectively with colleagues, establishing and maintaining positive working relationships in a high growth fast paced entrepreneurial team environment.
- You keep the customer satisfied in a demanding environment with evolving priorities.
- You understand clinical/medical protocols and have demonstrated an aptitude for business analysis and systems design.
- You are fluent in French and in English, as you will have to communicate with unilingual English-speaking employees in other provinces.
