**JD**
- lead requirement /use case solicitation;
- lead the discussions and creation of current/new process flow documentation for end-to-end (e2e) system process;
- complete, review and socialize different artifacts for requirements;
- provide input to e2e design, test strategy and test cases;
- assist with analyzing and resolving defects;
- assist with production validation planning and readiness for deployment;
- solicit, create and socialize operational and business flows for various business and tech teams as required;
- provide input and management of risks and issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
