Job description

**This job is suitable for a person residing or moving to Durham region cities Whitby, Ajax, Oshawa, and Pickering.**

**We are not looking, for overseas or out-of-Canada employees.**

**We prefer persons who can move or reside in Durham Region.**

**We can accommodate employees with 6 months to 1 year or more experience in customer service and Person with some technical experience or study in Technical education**

**Compensation starting from $17.00 per hour if no experience in repair but must have customer service experience and technical background or education. We will teach phone repairs and other device repairs. If we teach you work we will need commitment for at least 2 years**

**We can also hire Trained iPhone, Samsung and iPad or other Electronic repair persons at higher wage. ($19.00-$20.00). Based on their Learning Skill combined with customer service experience**

**We also give NOC B sponsorship letter if you work full time 35-44 hrs per week for what ever time you work with us.**

**What We Are Looking For**:

- An energetic and positive people-person, someone who enjoys serving customers with integrity loves repairing electronic devices and likes to learn and upgrade his skills.
- A person who is focused on customer satisfaction and can handle customers efficiently, in a friendly manner, and ability to handle issues and do the best to ensure they are satisfied.
- Knowledge and passion for the tech industry, or at least someone who appreciates it
- Someone with dedication and a hardworking nature
- Someone with a positive learning attitude and has an eye for detail and team player
- Must be located in Durham Region and willing to work in Whitby and Oshawa.
- Must be flexible to work different schedules and able to work weekends.

**What Will You Do...**
- Serve customers and deliver exceptional service throughout using our point of sale system, engaging in lifestyle and needs-based conversations, and communicating repair solutions and estimates;
- Identify needs and provide tailored recommendations for repairs, accessories, and additional services at the point of first and last contact, ensuring you are always committed to converting the conversation into an opportunity for a sale or store visit;
- Diagnosing and performing repairs on various electronics (i.e. computers, tablets, smartphones, game consoles, etc.) that meet or exceed Mobile Klink quality standards;
- Update and educate customers on complex repairs processes and repair status using digital messaging services or by phone;
- Contribute to the team’s sales results by learning, understanding, and engaging in-store performance metrics.
- Repair Phones and other Electronics in the expected time frame. Keep store Sanitized, Tidy, and organized. Follow all COVID-related precautions to keep staff and Customer Safe
- Selling Certified phone and plans for Koodo and TELUS and Public Mobile

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
