**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Train new cleaning staff on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle customer inquiries and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve targets and objectives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
