This includes utilizing project management techniques as well as developing and executing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Lead will also ensure that cultural safety and inclusivity are considered in project and change management strategies. The Change Management Lead will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees.
