**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Plaster Technician to join our team. This role involves fabricating high-quality crown and bridge models and offers an exciting opportunity to expand into digital design technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Fabricate accurate pinned models for crown and bridge cases.
- Mount models on fixed and fully adjustable articulators.
- Work with various implant systems and components.
- Maintain high standards of precision and quality in all model work.
- Collaborate with technicians and lab staff to ensure timely case completion.
- Learn and assist with CAD scanning and digital design using 3Shape software.
- Arrange pick up and deliveries as needed

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in a dental laboratory setting, specifically in plaster model fabrication.
- Proficiency in producing crown and bridge pinned models.
- Experience with articulator mounting techniques.
- Solid understanding of implant systems.
- Willingness to learn CAD and 3Shape Softwares.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills
