Charity Fundraiser

Peak Performance Advertising Inc is looking for charity fundraisers to support our on-site and in-person community fundraising campaigns to create a significant social impact on behalf of the charities and non-profit organizations we represent.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Canadian driver's licence (Class G or G2) required
- Authorized to work in Canada with a valid work permit
- English speaking (Intermediate)
- Available to work on-site (in-person)
- Available to work full-time (40hrs per week / 12pm - 8:30pm / Mon - Fri)
- Completion of criminal record check (no major offences permitted)

**To qualify**:
We look for those who have experience in sales, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations as that is an asset but are not required as we will pay you to complete your training. We also look for those who
- Have effective communication skills and the ability to present information clearly.
- Are quick learners and have a desire to make a difference
- Have a great attitude and an enthusiastic personality
- Are fun, friendly, personable, and are outgoing

**What we offer**:

- Full time employment (40hrs per week)
- Shifts are Monday to Friday (12pm - 8:30pm)
- Hourly pay starting at $17.55 per hour, with hourly incentives up to $24 per hour

**Expectations**:

- To participate in local awareness and fundraising campaigns in residential communities and/or high traffic points
- Activities include neighborhood canvassing, promoting our clients at mall kiosks, events, and a variety of other in-person _(face-to-face)_ fundraising activities
- Fundraise on behalf of some of Canada’s top non-profit organizations including the Canadian Red Cross, Plan Canada, BC Children’s Hospital, WWF, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, and more
- Be comfortable with daily one-on-one interaction with potential donors
- Be receptive for feedback, training and support from the management team
