We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team This role will be an addition to our Customer Success team, working alongside our Senior Customer Success Manager under our Strategic Accounts division. We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate who will be in constant communication with our clients to understand their needs, address their concerns, and identify solutions to strengthen our relationships. You will be a high-impact contributor working in a fast-paced environment, connecting with our existing clients, while supporting new business needs. **Responsibilities**:

- Work with our Senior Customer Success Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources and timeframes
- Manage existing customer accounts by driving retention and growth among our valuable customers
- Educate customers on the flexibility and capability of our software to best suit their needs and environment
- Guide clients through our products and services to provide tailored solutions
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve inquiries if necessary
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results in tune with deadlines
- Act as a point of contact for existing customers and handle their requests in a timely and professional manner
- Report and flag issues to necessary internal teams, such as Project Management, Technical Specialists, etc.
- Assisting in Project Coordination for new projects
- Attend daily/weekly conference calls as required with clients and internal teams

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Computer Application, Software, IT, Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills - both in verbal and written correspondence
- Exceptional customer service skills where customer satisfaction is at the core of one’s objectives
- Experience within the Restaurant, Retail, Hospitality industry is an asset
- Previous experience in a support or technical customer service role is ideal
- A good attitude - you like to have a great time It's all about making our customers and partners happy, which in turn will make us happy
- A natural curiosity. You will be curious about how things work and want to continually learn our software and products
- Must be eligible for travel within Canada and to the US, with no restrictions
- Previous work experience in the hospitality/restaurant or POS industry is a definite asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
