Hardpressed strives to bring well-designed, quality lifestyle items to Saskatchewan from brands similar to our own. The in-house line draws inspiration from where we live and is hand-printed in the studio connected to our retail space in Saskatoon.

Our start-to-finish involvement with our product means that while you shop, you can witness design, print, assembly, and photoshoots of products available exclusively through our shop, online store, and occasional pop-up events throughout our province.

**What You'll Be Doing**

We are currently hiring for a seasonal sales associate retail position starting in November. As a member of our retail team at Hardpressed you will:

- Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced and occasionally high-stress retail environment
- Serve as the first impression for our customers, and be responsible for providing an outstanding customer experience
- Educate our customers on our wide range of offerings and our quality brands
- Work with a team of creative, driven, and fun individuals

**What We're Looking For**
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Willingness and ability to work weekends
- Physically capable of being on your feet for most of the day as well as lifting or moving inventory or boxes up to 20lbs
- Must be a team player and offer help to other departments when needed, such as the online department
- Must be able to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all co-workers and customers
- Motivated by building relationships with customers and coworkers
- Positive attitude, friendly and approachable

**Contract Details**
- Seasonal, temporary position: early/mid-November to start of January
- Full-time (5 shifts/week) and part-time options available
- Shifts run 9:30am - 5:30pm, Monday through Sunday

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 40 per week
