**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing training and development
- Manage payroll processing, cash handling, and bookkeeping tasks accurately
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor store performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to promote store products and services
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements

**Skills**
- Proven supervising experience in retail or related fields with strong team management skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer engagement
- Proficiency in POS systems, merchandising software, and basic math for pricing and bookkeeping
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff
- Knowledge of payroll processing, budgeting, sales management, marketing strategies, and store management principles
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently while maintaining focus on sales goals and team performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week
