**Extruder Machine Operator - Plastic Edge Band Manufacturing**

Starting Salary: $40,000 per annum (with increase after training)

Panefri North America is a plastic edge band manufacturer located in Langley, BC. We specialize in printed edge bands that perfectly match our customers’ kitchen top panels. To support our production team, we are seeking an **Extruder Machine Operator** who has excellent colour vision, mechanical aptitude, and strong attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Match colours and textures on edge band bulk production.
- Operate the extruder machine to produce high-quality plastic edge bands.
- Assist in product development and maintain colour consistency throughout production runs.
- Monitor and adjust machine parameters to ensure top product quality and minimize waste.
- Work closely with the development and production teams to achieve desired results.

**Qualifications**
- Exceptional colour perception and ability to distinguish subtle differences in shades and textures.
- Must successfully pass a colour visibility test prior to hiring.
- No prior experience required — full training will be provided.
- Reliable transportation is required, as our facility is located in a transit-free area.
- Strong attention to detail, patience, and willingness to learn are essential.
- **Willingness to work overtime or shift work as needed.**

**Compensation**
- Starting salary: $40,000 per annum during the training period.
- Salary increase upon successful completion of training.
