**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
- Educate clients on proper techniques, safety measures, and the benefits of Pilates exercises.
- Demonstrate leadership by fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages client participation and progression.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Manage class schedules effectively, ensuring timely start and end times while accommodating client requests when possible.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space and equipment before and after classes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in Pilates instruction from a recognized organization is required.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in group fitness instruction preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships with clients.
- Strong time management skills to effectively handle class schedules and client interactions.
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals is essential.
- Previous experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a related fitness role is preferred but not mandatory.
