**What you'll be doing**:

- Write accurate and complete collision estimates by inspecting vehicles, costing parts, supplies, labor and determining time for completion of repairs.
- Process ICBC, private insurance, internal vehicle, and company estimates as required.
- Arrange collision repair needs as required for customers.
- Communicate the status of the repair process with the customer and insurance companies.
- Coordinating pre and post repair inspection and quality control pre-delivery checks.
- Track vehicle workflow to ensure promised time schedules are met.
- Follow automotive industry safety norms and standards.
- Adhere to insurance provider and company policies.

**What we need from you**:

- 3 years' prior experience in automotive collision repair estimating.
- Be well versed in the usage of ICBC primary estimating software (Mitchell Connect).
- Knowledge of utilized related software packages is an asset (CDK, Carbeat, BodyshopConnect)
- Passion for customer service; committed to consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, coachable and open to continuous learning and development.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
- Maintain a professional and positive working relationship with ICBC.
- Valid BC Driver's License, with a clean driver's abstract.
- Capable of dead lifting a minimum 50 lbs.
