Our companies that provide financial services are licensed by IIROC, FINTRAC, OSC, BCSC and AMF. We are also a partner of China UnionPay, WeChat, and AliPay in Canada. Our services are used by over 5,000 merchants including major shopping malls, large retailers, and tourist attractions across Canada, as well as e-commerce platforms globally.
We are currently looking for an **Infrastructure Lead** to join our growing Research and Development Team in Toronto
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for office network implementation and maintenance, including WAN/LAN/Voice solution design, network equipment configurations and deployment, network system troubleshooting and health checking.
- Responsible for IT infrastructure construction and maintenance, including IT server room, structure cabling system, video conference system, UPS etc.
- Responsible for service provider quotation, bidding, negotiation and supervising the engineering work provided by service provider.
- Responsible for user desktop/laptop, scanner, printer support, helps resolving problematic events.
- Responsible for desktop/laptop provision, prepare corporate standard OS/Software/Application and security
- Responsible for user training on IT platforms/OA/Application/Services.
- Responsibilities include servicing multiple GTA office locations.
- Project management and coordination of all office network improvement and risk management activities
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of a related work experience, including a minimum of 5 years of proven Linux/Windows implementation and maintenance
- Proficient in AWS/Azure
- Proficient in VMWare and TCP/IP technologies
- Proven experience with LAN/WAN technologies, knows corporate-level network architecture.
- Familiar with Windows server systems, such as AD (Active Directory), DNS, DHCP, Web server, SQL server etc.
- Proficient in server troubleshooting and maintenance. Knows disk arrays, SAN/NAS storage etc.
- Skillful in IT infrastructure items, such as server room facilities, structure cabling system, UPS, door access control/CCTV, air conditioning etc.
- Knowledge of security, compliance and risk management standard such as PCI will be a definite plus
- Proactive team player dedicated to providing exceptional customer service
- Can work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks
