**What You’ll Do**:

- Operate slit seeding machines to thicken lawns and promote healthy turf.
- Perform lawn renovations including topdressing, overseeding, and fertilization.
- Maintain equipment daily to ensure clean, safe, and reliable operation.
- Communicate clearly with customers about the process and results.
- Take ownership of your work and contribute to a high-performing team.

**We’re Looking For**:

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors all day.
- Reliable and punctual—you show up ready to work, no excuses.
- Detail-oriented—you take pride in doing the job right.
- Friendly and professional when dealing with customers.
- Able to work independently and as part of a supportive crew.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract (mandatory).
- Experience with landscaping equipment is a plus but not required—we’ll train you.
- Must have full-time availability **starting August 1st** through **mid-October (weather dependent)**.
- Not a student role—must be available full-time through the fall.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Yard Dawgs shop.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:
