**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Enrolment in an approved post-secondary program with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, paired with well-developed organizational abilities
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, team environment
- A commitment to supporting a safe, respectful space for patients, staff, physicians, and volunteers
- Willingness to work within the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario

- French language skills are considered an asset, as GBGH is a partially designated French-speaking organization
- A clear criminal record check and proof of qualifications will be required before the role begins

**THE HOSPITAL**
Discover a rewarding opportunity at GBGH, a dynamic 113-bed facility located in Midland, Ontario. Our team serves a broad region that includes Midland, Penetanguishene, Township of Tiny, Township of Tay, Christian Island, Georgian Bay Township, and Springwater Township. We support a population base of 55,000, growing to over 150,000 during the peak season.

With an annual budget of approximately $80 million, more than 800 staff, and over 100 active professional staff along with 70 regional affiliates and consulting physicians, GBGH plays a central role in delivering care to our community. Our services include acute care, rehabilitation, complex continuing care, MRI, and a Level 3 Intensive Care Unit.
