**Job Description**:
As a Computer Network Technician at E-Net Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our clients' computer networks. You will work with a team of skilled professionals to design, implement, and maintain network infrastructures that meet our clients' specific needs. Job Location:

- Surrey,BC and Vancouver Island

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot network issues and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime
- Monitor network performance and security, implementing necessary upgrades and improvements
- Collaborate with clients to assess their networking requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Assist in the design and implementation of network architectures
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity
- Perform routine network start up and close down and maintain control records
- Perform security and quality controls and conduct tests
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend improvements

Qualifications:

- Completion of higher secondary school is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or one or two years of experience

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
