Sales Associate

**Duties**:

- Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell products
- Provide technical sales support and assistance to customers
- Assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone
- Closing store responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong knowledge of technology products and their features
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets

**There is one (1) shift available.**

Monday - Friday: 2:15 PM - 7:15 PM

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Shift:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
