**YOUR MISSION**:
The Coordinator, Trailer Maintenance is focused on working with customers to schedule preventative maintenance requests of rented trailers, coordinating the repairs performed by third-party vendors, performing trailer inspections, monitoring yard inventory, and executing daily administrative tasks.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:

- Prepare quotes to include pricing, parts and lead times.
- Dispatch vendors for trailer maintenance, repair, and recovery functions.
- Track repair order process and hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule.
- Communicate with customers as needed for maintenance updates including changes to schedule or work, or billing or satisfaction concerns.
- Open Purchase Order in maintenance system and ensure required paperwork is received.
- Complete trailer inbound & outbound inspections.
- Complete yard inventory in main yard and remote yards.
- Scan required documents as needed.
- Code invoices in system.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Excellent organizational, time management and analytical skills.
- Detail orientated with the ability to prioritize and act on urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in French and in English.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of MIR Maintenance Management software, considered an asset.
- Clean driving record, and willingness to travel to remote yards on occasion.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, and work overtime on occasion.
