**MARKETING COORDINATOR**

**PURPOSE**

To assist and support the Capstone Developments marketing team in the creation and execution of new condo project and corporate marketing campaigns.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

This role involves assisting coordination of a diverse range of marketing professionals and deliverables. You will assist with:

- External professional coordination and followup
- Marketing campaign creation (remove assistance)
- Content creation management
- Social media and digital marketing
- Brand DNA documentation
- Event production
- Campaign planning and execution
- Reporting on analytics and KPIs
- Taking and distributing meeting minutes

This role could grow and evolve into a full time Marketing Coordinator position.

**SALARY RANGE**

This role will take approximately two full workdays per week. The starting salary is $1,500 per month. We value efficiency, not hours put in. So if you accomplish your work in less time, the salary will not change.

**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**

English and French fluency.

**EDUCATION**

This role is open to current students or alumni at the Bachelor’s or Masters level.

**OFFICE HOURS**

This is a hybrid position, meaning you can work from home most of the time, but presence is required in the office for meetings. Our culture thrives on **close collaboration**. We’re located in Westmount within walking distance from Atwater Metro.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-18 per week
