Deficiency Technician

We're looking to hire experienced deficiency technicians to take care of general maintenance and repairs in our multifamily residential properties.

The nature of repairs may include but are not limited to:

- Paint touch ups
- Drywall Touch ups
- Caulking
- Trim touch ups
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical work
- Tile Repairs
- Hardwood Flooring Repairs
- Install, repair, and replace fixtures, appliances, and equipment

Current service area will include Surrey and Coquitlam BC, eventually to be expanded into North Langley. Basic hand tools, PPE and reliable vehicle required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
