Deveraux Apartment Communities has been a comprehensive, professional property management firm since 2011. It presently manages over 6198 multi-family apartment units in Regina, Moose Jaw, Winnipeg, Edmonton, and Calgary. As a Maintenance Technician you will report directly to the Facilities Manager. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for all maintenance and technical duties at assigned properties. The ultimate objectives of this position are to maintain and enhance the mechanical infrastructure of all properties, provide quality service, and offer an enjoyable living experience for residents.

The following attributes and skills will enable the Maintenace Technician to be successful in completing the tasks and responsibilities required in this role:
- Certified as an AHS Level I Pool Operator or be prepared to complete the training, at the employer's expense.
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
