**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Review and evaluate inspection reports for cost estimates
- Prepare deficiency reports
- Manage material pricing from all vendors
- Solicit budgetary and firm quotations from subcontractors
- Provide sales support to the sales team as required
- Use estimating knowledge to assist with business development opportunities
- Other tasks as required

**CORE OCCUPATIONAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:

- Excellent customer service skills, friendliness, and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent organization skills
- Ability to take initiative and do research
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, including sufficient knowledge of spelling and grammar to accurately proofread documents
- Ability to work effectively in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge/experience in the fire protection industry or trades is considered an asset

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
