**Key Responsibilities**:
FULFILLMENT
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage the logistics of outgoing orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure orders are ready for collection or shipment at the agreed-upon times
- Pick up local orders, manage the documentation and ensure timely delivery to site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and warehouse

RETAIL
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom
- Help customers find products, answer questions, and provide recommendations
- Prepare and provide estimates for customers based on their needs
- Oversee and manage orders from order placement to delivery or install.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries
- Maintain the showrooms’ appearance ensuring displays are up to date and orderly

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
- Flooring store or other interior finishing retail experience considered an asset
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for creating estimates and managing inventory
- Physical stamina to handle heavy merchandise, including lifting and moving items, receiving and packing orders
- Forklift experience
- Valid Drivers Licence
