We are looking for a very special professional administrator for 15-20 hours/week. Someone with integrity, confidence, empathy, initiative, leadership and commitment. We seek an individual who is organized, able to multi-task and efficient with their work. This person must be an excellent communicator, collaborator and enjoy a fast
- paced environment full of wonderful patients. Someone who is computer savvy, has social media know-how and financial prudence. Someone who is looking to make an impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
Daily interaction with our patients creating a safe and friendly environment.
Oversee day-to-day flow of our office including both administration and clinical responsibilities.
Maintain existing & develop patient focused protocol and procedure.
Maintenance of patient appointments.
Handle insurance billings, MVA, WSIB, Veteran's billings and collections.
Promotion of our office and services.
Maintain Covid-19 Safety Protocol.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
