Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the set-up, execution and breakdown of all service events.
- Responsible for daily consumptions reports.
- Responsible for supervision of employees and assigning employee break and meal periods
- Must look after and ensure the maintenance, order and cleanliness of storage room
- Managing appropriate inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and sanitation standards.
- Managing ARAMARK’s service and sanitation standards

Essential Functions
- Complete all pre-meal sheets for all events and table assignments for sit down events
- Assist with accurate inventory count on a scheduled basis.
- Securing all liquors, beers, and wines in the proper storage areas.
- Responsible for overseeing the correct use of the POYNT POS terminals by staff and ensuring the recording of sales is carried out in line with financial procedures.
- Provide courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints.
- Liaison between clients and management
- Organizing, storing, and utilizing beverages, beverage service equipment and related products.
- Assisting in the oversight of all public operations.
- Establishing and maintaining effective client relations and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with identifying the needs of customers and the client; identifying and rectifying operating challenges.
- Recommending new operations programs and practices; testing and analyzing new procedures for suitability to the organization.
- Promoting good employee relations
- Implementing and monitoring ARAMARK's safety programs.
- Communicating with internal departments and attending or leading meetings as appropriate.
- Interpreting and ensuring compliance with ARAMARK policies, procedures and guidelines, as well as applicable government, regulatory and/or accrediting agency standards and codes

**Qualifications**:

- Beverage Captain experience will be preferred. 1+ years of bartending experience with a strong knowledge of spirits, wine and mixed drinks.
- Bilingualism will be preferred.
- Must be Smart Serve Certified.
- Flexible schedule is necessary to coincide with events.
- A clean criminal background check will be completed prior to employment

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
