**Overview**
**Duties**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to assemble pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify potential issues or necessary repairs.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required for transporting materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters to ensure seamless project execution.
- Weld pipes when necessary to create strong connections in plumbing systems.
- Maintain compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Level 2 Plumber
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various plumbing issues.
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in plumbing work.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Commercial driving experience is a plus for transporting materials to job sites.
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting tasks as needed throughout the day.
- Must have a minimum of a G driver's license and a clean driver's abstract
Pay: $30.00-$42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
