The opportunity includes the following main responsibilities:

- Set-up of equipment into the Business System
- Receiving of equipment into the Business System
- Matching packings slips with invoices
- Entering Accounts Payables into the Business System
- Perform counts and ensure all inventory is accounted for and reported according to company
policy
- Investigate and correct discrepancies in reported quantities and locations of all inventory
- Manage cycle counts of product inventories on a regular basis
- Monitor delivery schedule and customer orders, including invoicing of freight for work orders
- Coordinate work process for used equipment
- File claims when defective products are discovered
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics departments

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
