We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Team Member with experience in operating heavy equipment. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various landscape and hardscape projects, including the construction of patios, walkways, fences, and planting, as well as performing excavation tasks. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the installation of hardscape features such as interlock stone patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Perform landscape tasks, including planting trees, shrubs, and sod, as well as installing mulch and other materials.
- Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and loaders to perform excavation and material handling.
- Assist with the construction and installation of fences and other outdoor structures.
- Follow project plans and ensure work is completed to specifications and within deadlines.
- Maintain and clean equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects run smoothly.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or construction is required.
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment (e.g., skid steers, excavators) is essential.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, digging, and working in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
