Reservations Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Upkeep and maintain accuracy of reservations in our Hotel Management Program
- Process payments as required
- Bank deposit runs as required
- Communicate with guests on their reservations, details, travel information and payment collection
- Maintain and track all outstanding payments
- Work with Sales Team on bookings, Problem Listing and Waitlist - ensure all records are upkept and accurate at all time
- Work with Accounting on Reporting, Reconciliations and Budgeting
- Maintain Office Reception area and answer phones as needed (won’t be often)
- Process Fish Money and upkeep data spreadsheets, as required
- Package and organize Fish in freezer, as required
- Arrange Fish Shipments with Fedex/Customs, as required
- Other General Office Duties and Misc Administrative Tasks as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
