We are currently seeking an individual with passion for customers service to join our sales team as **Product Advisor**.

You have passion for customer service and take pride in providing the right solution to all our exciting and new customers. You thrive in a fast-paced work environment and enjoy interacting with customers with a variety of needs.

No experience in sales yet? No problem We are not your average dealership - we will train you. Additionally, to training we offer competitive pay plans that can be extremely lucrative. With the choice of either a guaranteed pay plan or a commission-based pay plan, you have flexibility to choose exactly what works for you to kick-start your career with us. **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Product Advisor, you will:

- Greet customers promptly when they visit the dealership and initiate conversation to identify their needs and build rapport.
- Demonstrate the selling-features of our used and new inventory, scheduling test drives and customer appointments, as well coordinating other sales effort with Sales Managers and team members.
- Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, you will negotiate price/terms and overcome objections in order to reach a mutually beneficial purchase agreement.
- Conduct a pre-delivery inspection of vehicles to ensure vehicles are prepared according to customer expectations and if the Deliver Coordinator is unavailable, facilitate the delivery by going over all features, installing license plates, explaining service appointments, and answering questions.
- Complete other ad-hoc duties as outlined by the Sales Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Hold a current VSA Salesperson License or an ability and willingness to earn one
- Must have a valid BC Driver’s License
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Two years’ experience as a customer service representative an asset
- Familiarity with CRM practices an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00-$8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surrey, BC V4P 1A2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
