Bartender/server

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering any questions about the menu.
- Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and adherence to legal regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive dining experience for all guests.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality.

- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff

**Experience**:

- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Proficient in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their experience.

Pay: $15.00 per hour
