**Job Title**: Dental Technician - Denture (Manual/Analog)
**Location**: Dalton Denture Clinic Inc.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time / Part-Time
**Salary**: $30 to $45 per hour Based on experience
**Start Date**: July 7th

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate complete and partial dentures using wax-ups, acrylic processing, and finishing techniques
- Set denture teeth manually according to bite registrations and occlusion standards
- Repair fractured dentures and replace broken or missing teeth on existing dentures
- Create custom trays, baseplates, and bite rims
- Perform flasking, packing, and curing of dentures using conventional methods
- Trim and polish dentures to ensure aesthetics and comfort
- Collaborate with the denturist/dentist on case requirements and adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lab work area
- Follow all safety, infection control, and material handling protocols

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or certificate in Dental Technology from an accredited program
- 5+ years of experience in denture fabrication preferred (manual/analog techniques)
- Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret dental prescriptions, models, and work orders
- Knowledge of materials such as acrylics, wax, and dental stones
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

**Preferred Traits**:

- Experience working in a denture clinic or denturist-led lab
- Familiarity with repair procedures and relines
- Willingness to learn new techniques and support digital workflow transition

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour
