Building Materials Pick Up and Delivery and Yard Person

We are looking to hire immediately a full time or part time, if the applicant prefers, Driver and Yard Person that can safely and confidently drive, load and unload a large truck with 24 foot deck to and from Edmonton (including in narrow residential streets) on a weekly basis to deliver and pick up building materials.

The job will also be to complete yard maintenance, equipment maintenance, operate large trucks and trailers, operate a forklift, bobcat and provide good customer service. Must have, at minimum, a valid class 5 license with at least 1-2 Years insurable driving record operating equipment over 10,000 kgs.

Must be able to provide a clean driver's abstract and driving history.

Must be physically fit and able to manually load and unload materials off of 5 foot truck deck when needed.

Fork lift ticket an asset but willing to train.

Must work well in a team setting and willing to take direction.
