Optical Assistant

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet and assist customers in selecting eyewear that meets their needs and preferences.
- Provide information on lens options, frames, and other optical products.
- Process orders for eyewear, ensuring accuracy in measurements and specifications.
- Maintain an organized inventory of optical products and supplies.
- Assist with the fitting and adjustment of eyewear to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the optical team to manage workflow within the laboratory.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in retail sales with a strong focus on Patient service.
- Experience in retail management is a plus.
- Familiarity with optical products and services is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of medical terminology related to eye care is beneficial.
- Experience working in a laboratory setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for managing inventory and customer orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
