If you have a **college diploma in the Culinary Arts** and are looking to build some solid kitchen experience, we have a job for you at the kitchen in **Southport Aerospace Centre in Manitoba**. It is 3 km south of the town Portage La Prairie and an hour drive from Winnipeg.

**We will pay for your airfare and give you one month free accommodation and meals on site** to help you relocate.

**Job Duties**
- Follows cyclical menus and recipes
- Prepare food for the dining facilities including preparation of soups, daily menus, entrees, vegetables, sauces, gravies, etc., and ensures primary preparation for the entrée items are completed for the following day determined by scheduled numbers
- Ensure that all food remains eye-appealing and replenished throughout the service
- Tear down line after service either storing correctly or disposing of product
- Clean line and grill area
- Ensure that correct storage conditions for products such as meats, produce, and dairy are maintained
- Assist other cooks as required or extra duties as assigned by Supervisor.

**Qualifications**
- Cooking diploma or Journeyman’s cook certification
- Current Safe Food Handlers Certificate
- Successful Government Clearance
- Reliable transportation is a must

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Licence/Certification:
