**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Conduct group fitness classes of all kinds (bootcamp, METCON, HIIT, mobility)
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques & modifications for those who require it
- Provide exceptional customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs effectively
- Communicate clearly with participants to ensure understanding of exercises and safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is in good condition.
- Demonstrate leadership by motivating clients during workouts and fostering a supportive community atmosphere.
- Manage class schedules and time effectively to maximize participation and engagement.

**Experience**
- Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role is preferred.
- Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and encourage participation among clients.
- Excellent time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
- A passion for fitness, health, and helping others achieve their personal goals is essential.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week
