**Position Details**:
L’assistant technique à la souscription est responsable de fournir un soutien administratif à l’équipe de souscription
- Émission des contrats d’assurance, avenants et certificats d’assurance dans les délais prescrit par les normes de service.
- Vérification des certificats d’assurance émis par nos courtiers.
- Correspondre directement avec les courtiers pour suivre les demandes de soumission en cours.
- Aider les souscripteurs avec la présélection des demandes de soumissions et résumer les expositions de base.
- Compléter les feuilles de travail
- Compiler et examiner les informations pour les rapports mensuels
- Examiner, préparer, créer, requêter et envoyer des correspondances, des rapports et des formulaires
- Autres taches assignées, y compris la boite courriel général de l’équipe
- Votre profil
- Diplôme d’études secondaires
- Intérêt pour le programme PAA
- 5 ans + d’expérience dans un domaine similaire
- Fortes compétences de saisie sur clavier
- Excellente communication orale et écrite et compétences interpersonnelles
- Compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement d’équipe
- Capable de performer dans un environnement hautement structuré et axée sur les détails
- Capacité de gérer efficacement le temps pour respecter les délais du département
