**Job Description**:
The **assistant manager** is responsible for **supervising**,** encouraging** and **motivating** his staff as well as acting as a **mobilizer** and **positive leader** with his team. He also ensures excellence in **customer service** and builds on everyone's strengths to maximize sales potential and thus achieve the store's objectives.

He assumes full responsibility for the store in the absence of the manager.

- Experience in a management position;
- Experience in sales;
