We’re looking for a world class Project Manager to join our team and help continue building Think Research’s success. You must be a quick learner, a problem solver, and have great communication and organization skills. You will be leading the effective roll

**What You Will Bring**:
- University degree in science, business or a related discipline
- 2 - 4 years’ experience leading and managing medium to large scope projects in a healthcare or software environment
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), Project Management, Professional (PMP) designation, or other qualified certificates (preferred)
- Strong technical aptitude - able to quickly pick up on new technical systems, and creatively develop future state workflows for clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple competing projects and shift your focus between multiple priorities; as well as fostering strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders
- Able to deliver on strategic client-facing sessions such as kick-offs, technical demos and training in a variety of formats
- Exceptional people skills and a quick thinker - able to work through difficult conversations with clients and problem solve
- Exceptional creative thinking and interest in process improvement
