**Hours: Tuesday - Friday; **7:00am - 5:00pm,

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Order Fulfillment**: Pull, stage, and accurately count orders, ensuring all products are properly located and organized.
- ** Inventory Management**: Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying stock against purchase orders (POs). Assist with stock orders, return materials, and manage overstocked items for vendor returns.
- ** Material Handling**:Stock, consolidate, and organize tools, equipment, and materials. Ensure all items leaving the shop are properly documented on material sheets.
- ** Purchase Order & Shipping Documentation**: Create POs for ordered parts and equipment. Prepare and manage shipping documentation for outgoing materials.
- ** Returns & Warranty Claims**: Inspect, process, and handle returns and warranty claims efficiently.
- ** Warehouse Operations**:Ensure all scheduled jobs have the necessary materials and equipment pulled and staged for installers. Check, organize, and put away stock orders.
- ** Support for Installers**: Assist installers with loading/unloading vans, and deliver parts and equipment to field technicians as needed.
- ** Company Vehicle Maintenance**: Wash and maintain company vehicles, perform weekly inspections, schedule regular maintenance including: oil changes, inspections, and tire changes
- ** Recycling & Waste Management**:Recycle materials (cardboard, plastic, metal) using the appropriate machinery.

**Required Qualifications & Experience**:

- ** Valid Driver's License**:Must be insurable through company insurance carrier.
- ** Communication Skills**:Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing.
- ** Experience**:Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience, ideally in a trade-related environment.
- ** Physical Requirements**:Must be able to safely lift up to 100 lbs.
- ** Background Check**:Must pass a background check upon receiving a conditional offer.
- ** Software Proficiency**: Familiarity with inventory tracking software is preferred.
