Yard Associate

**Machinery & Tools**
- Assist in the loading/unloading of trucks
- Package and label products properly
- Handle stockpiles and skids
- Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed

**Clean-Up**
- Clean-up machinery and maintain the surrounding area
- Transport trash and debris away from production areas, yard and isle ways
- Responsible for keeping pallets neat and orderly
- Maintain yard area, production, lunch area, machine shop and offices during winter months through managing snow fall

**Physical Requirements**
- While performing the duties of this job the employee will be required to frequently stand on their feet for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 80 lbs. from ground level repeatedly

**General**
- Handle assignments in a repetitive and/or sequential order for completing tasks assigned
- Keep work area clean
- Use security gear at all times and follow all safety regulations
- Report any unsafe conditions or defective equipment to the supervisor immediately

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent or a comparable combination of education, training and experience
- Ability to follow company production and safety procedures
- Must be able to efficiently operate a forklift either standard or automatic as well as different types of heavy machinery

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 10 months

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
