**Summary**
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Canada. Based in our manufacturing facility, this role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our production lines and maintaining our high standards of quality and safety. The Maintenance Technician will support our mission by keeping equipment running efficiently and safely.
**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Oversee facilities maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with mínimal disruption.
- Lead or supervise maintenance staff when required.
- Assist in installing new equipment and upgrading existing systems.
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety awareness.
- **Qualifications**:
- Experience in facilities or manufacturing maintenance is an asset.
- Strong electrical and mechanical skills, including working with schematics.
- Supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of welding techniques is an asset.
- Commitment to safety standards and procedures.
Pay: From $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
