**Overview**

**Duties**
- Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas according to project specifications.
- Install various types of flooring, including tile, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans to determine layout and installation requirements.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during the installation process.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service throughout the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in flooring installation or related maintenance person services is preferred.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading to accurately follow project specifications.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools relevant to flooring installation tasks.
- A background in carpentry is a plus, enhancing overall skill set in construction-related tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Apprenticeship

Pay: $17.05-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
