**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems to maintain security oversight.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce rules and regulations while providing excellent customer service to all visitors and staff.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety standards are met.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to report crimes or assist in investigations.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in law enforcement or security-related roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and loss prevention practices.
- Familiarity with operating CCTV systems and other security technology.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
