Claims Property Performance Manager

This position is responsible for aiding in or leading the development and implementation of complex consulting projects. Represents the
business area in strategic planning activities and provides recommendations based on best practice benchmarking, data analysis and
forecasting. Consults with clients to identify current and future business needs of large scale complex end-to-end processes. Provides
oversight for research, design, build, testing, deployment, analysis, administering, and maintaining environments.
**Role Designation: Hybrid**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understanding discipline performance, in consideration of claims performance & operational performance
- Partner closely with Claims Intelligence on creating new reporting (e.g. providing requirements)
- Understand, and monitor key performance metrics, and identify insights (i.e. opportunities & strengths)
- Develop, update & communicate holistic discipline claims story for stakeholders internal and external to claims
- Work closely with key partners in finance, product, pricing and analytics to provide claims insights as inputs to business decisions
- Investigate, and identify root causes to claims business problems that arise
- Monitor workforce management plan for discipline
**Qualifications**:
- 5 or more years of experience (preferred)
- Management experience
- Experience with Guidewire and Xactimate
- CIP (preferred)
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- This job does not have supervisory duties.
**Education & Experience (in lieu)**:
- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
