**About the Role**
We’re growing our Personal Lines Admin team in Alberta and B.C. We are looking for a Client Assistant to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while managing a variety of administrative tasks. More specifically, the Client Assistant will play an essential role in servicing, guiding, and resolving our clients’ billing issues.
**What You’ll Do**
You will be working within our Billing Team managing a variety of tasks including:
- Preparation of invoices and billing material; assisting with requests for payment
- Building relationships with our Insurance Company partners to find solutions for our clients
**What You Bring**
- Superior customer service skills and admin experience are essential - preferably in an insurance or contact center environment providing customer service over the phone
- Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options is an asset
- Strong ability to work collaboratively
- Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.
- Quick learner and comfortable in an uncertain/changing environment
- Experience with EPIC or other industry software is an asset
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Post-secondary education - An insurance diploma is an asset
- RIBO or Albert General License Level 1 is an asset
