**Concord Homes** is seeking experienced Carpenter/Tiler to be part of our team.

**Job Summary**:
Must be familiar with Framing, Tiling and all aspects of building residential construction and/or home renovations. Pay will be based on previous experience with the opportunity for advancement. ICF Foundations and Finish Carpentry considered an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organize all materials, tools, and products.
- Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.
- Possess excellent communication skills and can manage multiple priorities.
- Submit weekly paperwork accurately on time, complete and neat.
- Follow and lead by example all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and non-cluttered worksite as well as company vehicles.
- Able to estimate the quantity of materials needed to complete a job.
- Detail oriented with excellent carpentry skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Licenced Carpenter or equivalent experience with good mathematical and measurement skills.
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
- Professional appearance.
- Ability to work with others or independently.
- Able to work full time with a flexible schedule.
- Working at Heights Certificate.
- Lifting of tools, supplies and materials of 50 lbs or more

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
