Veterinary Receptionist

This is a full time position from Monday to Friday. As one of our client care representatives / veterinary assistants, your responsibilities will include customer interaction over the phone and in person at the clinic. This will include scheduling appointments, admitting and discharging appointments, handling payments, as well as occasionally assisting veterinarians and technicians with patient care, filling prescriptions, light cleaning duties, and other responsibilities.

Previous experience working in a veterinary clinic preferred. Knowledge and familiarity with both large and small animal species will be considered an asset.
